We are seeking African-Americans currently residing in New York that are currently making a difference in the their community and around the world. Some of 2011 Innovators of Change were Dr. Una Clarke (Brooklyn City Counsel), Ryan Mack (Optimum Capital), Tanisha Flowers-Holland & Tanisha Tate (Hip-Hop 4 Life), Mr. Pete Chatmon (Double 7 Images), Majora Carter (Majora Carter Group), Jacque Philippe Piverger (Global Syndicate) to name a few. Erin Langworthy jumped from the Victoria Falls bridge above the Zambezi River, when the cord snapped in two. Miraculously, she survived the 365 ft. fall. If that wasn’t enough, the river she landed in was crocodile infested.
